Our Classes


Tiny Dragons (Ages 4-6)

Our classes for this age group teach basic Martial Arts skills and run 30 minutes. Children in this age group have very special needs, one of those is that they keep moving and have fun or they will stop participating. The goal is that the class will end at the peak of their enthusiasm.


Children's Program (Ages 7-13)

In our children's program, we cover Tang Soo Do and basic Sin Moo Hapkido techniques. The foundation of the curriculum is self-discipline, self-confidence and self-esteem. Children that are self assured make better choices when it comes to study habits, schoolwork and even the friends they choose.


Adult Program (Ages 14 & up)

Our adult program is founded on the premise that you can begin martial arts at any age. Our curriculum covers beginner to advanced techniques in the Korean arts of Tang Soo Do and Sin Moo Hapkido.


Women's Fitness Kickboxing

Our fitness kickboxing program is perfect for busy women that want to get a boost of energy and/or  for the student who does not wish to train in a traditional martial arts class but would still like the benefits of a good workout and a little stress relief. Our classes are low to moderate impact and focus on providing a good cardio-based routine that utilizes good kickboxing techniques. We also include basic self-defense applications.
